Founder - Sanjoy Sanyal

Sanjoy has over twenty years’ experience in financial services executive search, completing assignments for multiple clients all over the globe. As well as founding Novo Partners in 2009, Sanjoy established the first overseas offices for two other well regarded search firms.

Sanjoy has truly, global expertise having lived and worked in London and Hong Kong. He values long term relationships and is keen to work closely in partnership with clients across the buy side and sell side. His search process is methodical and with a personal touch.

He holds an MSc in Business Studies from Aston Business School as well as a BA in Economic and Social History from the University of Leicester. He lives in London with his family and enjoys most sports.
