Founder - Sanjoy Sanyal
Sanjoy has over twenty years’ experience in financial services executive search, completing assignments for multiple clients all over the globe. As well as founding Novo Partners in 2009, Sanjoy established the first overseas offices for two other well regarded search firms.
Sanjoy has truly, global expertise having lived and worked in London and Hong Kong. He values long term relationships and is keen to work closely in partnership with clients across the buy side and sell side. His search process is methodical and with a personal touch.
He holds an MSc in Business Studies from Aston Business School as well as a BA in Economic and Social History from the University of Leicester. He lives in London with his family and enjoys most sports.
Board Advisor - John Bullard
John has over thirty years' experience in the financial services sector and has held multiple, senior management roles in the UK and the US. He began his career during London's big bang period in the 1980s in commercial and investment banking with Barclays. More recently John has also been extremely active in the fintech arena holding a number of board advisory roles across both sides of the Atlantic.
John brings significant value as a board advisor though his excellent track record of helping companies develop and grow. He also has strong global relationships in the UK, US, Middle East, Asia and Australia.
He is qualified through the chartered institute of banking and prior to the financial services industry saw active service with the British Army and a Territorial Decoration. He divides his time between London and his family home in Norfolk.
